the metro station is very close to us, ( Policlinico stop)and you can reach the railstation Termini, where the Leonardo express train will leave every 30 minutes. the cost is around 15 euro one way per person from Airport to Termini station

Clean, Small, Convenient for a quick practical stay but not luxury
The self-check-in instructions were awesome. The entire time I never saw anyone else in the apartment, either other guests or staff, although we heard other guests coming in. The neighborhood is nice. I would say it is quiet too, but there is a hospital nearby and you hear a lot of ambulances. We found a great restaurant and gelateria nearby, and on the walk to the Pantheon we also walked right by Saint Maria della Vittoria, with the great Ecstasy of Theresa by Bernini. We had to get up and leave super early, so we did not take advantage of the espresso machine or breakfast. We did use the refrigerator in our room though. We were just passing through Rome at the end of our trip and just needed a basic, cheap place to spend the night. When we stayed for 3 nights we stayed in a bigger, better place but this is decent for what it is. The air conditioner worked well, as did the hot water. In fact it was hard to shower without getting too much hot water. The Policlinico Metro is very close as well as several busses.
The pictures do not convey how tiny the "Small Double Room" bed is. It is a small room, and the bed is tight for two people. We are both tiny people under 5'6" (less than 168 cm) tall, and it was narrow for us but we did sleep well. The small room has the tiniest balcony imaginable, but you can sit out on it. It was too hot in Rome for us to give up on A/C to do that though.

What would you highlight about Morgagni House
Nice stay
We stayed for two nights in Morgagni House and we would recommend it. Room was clean and nice, small but nicely decorated, even with a cute little balcony where we could have our breakfast. In a small shared kitchen there was very good coffee machine with great coffee and you could take it at any part of the day. There was also milk and yogurt in the common fridge, muesli and corn flakes, as well as some packed bread and sweets. The neighborhood was quiet and less than a 20 minute walk from Termini station. It wasn't lively, but we found a nice little restaurant 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. Bed was comfortable.
It wouldn't be bad if there were some fresh products offered for breakfast like fruit or fresh bread. One of our pillows was excellent and the other was very uncomfortable, so it was difficult for us to decide who would be lucky.

Very good
The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the Policlinico metro station, bus stations and tram stations, which makes it very easy to get to the most attractive locations in the city. In the immediate vicinity are the supermarket Tigre and several bars and pizzerias. The unit is clean and tidy and is cleaned and tidied every morning. The staff is friendly and a good thing is the free Italian breakfast with coffee, tea, milk, yogurt and juice. Those who do not prefer it can bring something else from the store and put it in the fridge. The bathroom is spacious and tidy, and the beds are comfortable and clean.
Free Wi-Fi should be better, but it's a problem all over the city. There are many restaurants, pizzerias and bars that do not have Wi-Fi at all, but Wi-Fi must be excellent in accommodations.
